I definitely can relate. I felt crippled in my first year of college when they wanted me to declare a major. Pick ONE thing????!! My multi-passionate personality used to scare me in my 20's, but in my 30's I have leaned the fuck in. And my biggest advice is - don't worry about the follow through. You will likely have one or two passions that you fall so deeply in love with that you won't be able to stop doing them. I've been in the nutrition/wellness industry for my adult career so far. But in one lifetime so far I have also played piano and live music, unicycled, done a lot of yoga, learned to rock climb, studied French (I'm not technically fluent but I learned enough to have a 30-minute conversation in an Uber in Paris and that felt pretty cool!!), I've pole danced, learned to throw pottery, I had a small company making homemade body care for a few years (I got a good enough return on investment and let myself move on when I wasn't feeling it anymore).... I'm currently in school again and learning how to mix house music/DJ just for fun. *I am not proficient every single one of the things I've mentioned - but I LOVE not limiting myself when I feel enthusiastic about something!* And, whether or not you continue with anything, learning something new takes a lot of bravery and is great for neuroplasticity!! It's consistent brain exercise to do new things. So many people are terrified of being new (aka "bad") at something that they stick to the things they already know. If you dare to do a lot of things in one lifetime, just focus on starting the one thing you're most excited about right now. Defer the rest to the future. We hopefully have many decades in this lifetime. <3 Love, a gemini manifesting generator
